Meet the Consultants

DAWN ADAMS QS founded by Dawn Adams in January 2000. The practice is registered with the Institute of Namibian Quantity Surveyors since January 2000. The practice offers complete quantity surveying services including alternative dispute resolution services in all sectors dealing with the construction industry for both private sector and public sector clients.

Dawn is an experienced individual with various skills developed through extensive experience on projects within and across the different sectors of the industry ranging from medical, educational, business, housing, judiciary, private sector developments and
government with regard to new and existing projects.
As a project quantity surveyor key skills such as contract knowledge and management have been developed. 

This in turn developed the skill to be able to assess future risks and advising on them and or resolving them through various alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Understanding the risks and being able to predict these, managing scope and financial budget efficiently and effectively within a given team and understanding project
objectives within technical and operational frameworks is a key skill and ensures that all construction projects can be completed successfully.

  • The practice has more than 30 years of quantity surveying and contract management experience in projects spanning the entire Namibia.

  •  Registered with the Namibia Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors (NCAQS) and eligible to perform the work reserved by law by quantity surveyors.

  • The practice and its members are registered with the Institute of Namibian Quantity Surveyors (INQS)

  • Elected council member serving on the board of the governing body for Architect and Quantity Surveyors (NCAQS) since 2018
