MEDIATION, ADJUDICATION AND ARBITRATION

 

  • Mediation – assisting in resolving a dispute between parties by negotiation and settlement.

  • Adjudication – first step in resolving a dispute between parties by formal procedural rules. The outcome can be appealed and finalized by arbitration.

  • Arbitration – acting as a private judge in resolving a dispute between parties by the following procedural rules in the process as governed by the Arbitration Act. The outcome is final and binding.
